2 Packs 10-inch Oval Bread Proofing Baskets Dough Trays compatible with Bakers Description

① EXCELLENT CRAFTSMANSHIP: Beautifully handcrafted from natural rattan, completely free of dyes and chemicals, and compliant with EU food standards. Suitable for preparing healthy, handmade breads. ② SPLIT-FREE, SMOOTH, AND NON-STICK: Carefully crafted to ensure a consistently smooth surface. With sufficient flour dusting, the dough easily retains its shape and slides effortlessly onto the baking surface. ③ EASY CLEANING: Use with the included fabric liner if desired. The basket also requires minimal cleaning without the liner. Simply shake out excess flour after each use, and if dough sticks, wait until it's dry, then remove it with a stiff brush.
④ LARGE CAPACITY: At 10 inches, it's the perfect size for baking a medium to large loaf of bread.
2. Tip for effective washing on first use:
3. 1. Wash the basket with warm water and a small amount of soap to prevent the soapy taste from being absorbed and transferred to the dough.
4. 2. Then rinse thoroughly with warm water and allow to dry completely before use.
5. Tip to prevent dough from sticking to the basket:
1. Use rice flour, which works better than regular flour. 2. Use a 50/50 blend of all-purpose flour and rice flour to prevent sticking.
6. 3. If you don't want to use rice flour or don't have any, use the washable linen liner that comes with the basket.
