Suggested Use

As a mineral supplement, adults take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary. Not intended for use in children.

Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, dextrose, cellulose, stearic acid. Contains <2% of: Artificial colors ( FD&C blue #2 carmine, FD&C red #40, FD&C yellow #6), dextrin, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, medium chain triglycerides, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, silicon dioxide, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sodium citrate, titanium dioxide.

No added yeast or artificial flavors.

Contains a bioengineered food ingredient.

The 45 mg of elemental iron in each tablet is equivalent to 142 mg of ferrous sulfate.

Warnings

Iron may interfere with absorption of certain antibiotics; these products shouldn't be taken within two hours of each other. Iron-containing products may cause occasional bowel effects such as constipation. Consult a healthcare provider prior to use if pregnant, nursing, on medications, have a medical condition or are planning a medical procedure. Stop use and contact a physician if adverse reactions occur. 

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if product appears to be tampered with or seal is broken. Store at room temperature.
