① With time delay and DC protection (standard: 1.8V start control, DC sensitivity can be adjusted). ② The relay, as the core component, is not susceptible to contact ignition or oxidation, without affecting audio transmission. ③ This protection board uses a 1.6mm thick 1A copper surface with double-sided tinning. ④ This is a standard DC protection board with an optocoupler. Since the optocoupler provides mutual isolation between input and output, and electrical signals are unidirectional, it offers good electrical isolation and interference immunity. ⑤ Because the optocoupler input is a low-impedance component with current-dependent operation, it has strong common-mode rejection capability to isolate the power supply and audio source without affecting the audio source. Operating Instructions: Turn on the power supply; the red indicator light will illuminate. During normal operation, the indicator light remains on and the relay engages. In case of surges, the protection board automatically adjusts the engagement time (the relay only engages after current has flowed through it). The power supply can be the same as that used for the amplifier. The negative terminals of the three audio channels are independent, making it suitable for amplifiers with non-ground or BTL circuits. The terminal spacing is 7.62 mm. 1/2 W metal film resistors exceed the standard, with reduced internal resistance, specifically designed for high current!
Note: This protection board has no 15-second on/off delay (on the first power-on/off cycle, a 15-second delay must be observed after power-on before any delay occurs)!
