1. The 6100U series power plant automation controller integrates digital, intelligent, and networked technologies for the automation and monitoring of individual generator sets. It enables automatic generator start/stop, measurement data, alarm and protection functions, and three remote control functions. The controller features a large liquid crystal display (LCD) with a choice of Chinese, English, Spanish, or Russian interfaces, making it easy to use and reliable in operation. 2. The 6100U series power plant automation controller utilizes microprocessor technology for the precise measurement of various parameters, setting of parameters, time control, threshold setting, and other functions. All controller parameters can be set via the controller's front panel or programmed using a PC via the programming interface, as well as via the RS485 interface for configuration and monitoring. 3. The user system is characterized by a compact structure, simple connection, and high reliability, and can be used for various types of generator set automation systems. It features functions such as power failure detection, idle control, preheating control, speed control, and all relay outputs. 4. Parameter setting allows the user to change parameter settings. These settings are saved in internal flash memory and are not lost when the system is powered off. All controller parameters can be set via the controller's front panel, or via a PC using the programming interface (with the SG72 adapter) or the PC's RS485 interface. 5. Various temperature, pressure, and level sensors can be used directly, and their parameters can be adjusted. Different starting conditions (speed sensor, oil pressure, current generation) can be selected. A wide voltage supply range (8~35 VDC) accommodates different starting battery voltage environments. All parameters are set digitally, eliminating the need for the traditional potentiometer-based simulation method.
