Windshield damage repair kit for car windows. The set is designed for small chips, usually caused by the impact of small stones.

Usage: Clean and degrease the glass on both sides. Also remove the residue from the glass.

Place the applicator with the screw (plunger) on the crack so that the tip of the applicator touches the center of the crack a little more firmly, then unscrew the plunger from the applicator.

Put the required amount of glue into the applicator (depending on the size of the crack). Usually, 5-10 drops are enough for smaller cracks (4-7 mm in diameter).

Screw the plunger into the applicator all the way, then unscrew and screw the plunger back into the applicator (preferably several times) to get the glue into as many nooks and crannies as possible and force air out of the lesion. When screwing in the plunger, make sure that the glue spreads into the lesion and fills it completely. If necessary, add another portion of glue. The glue must completely fill the damage.

Unscrew the plunger from the applicator. Wait for the vacuum to remove the air from under the applicator. Screw the piston back in as far as possible. Make sure the damage is completely filled. Unscrew the plunger and the applicator.

Apply 2 drops of glue to the sealed defect and cover with a protective film, smoothing gently to avoid air bubbles.

Be in the sun for 10 minutes or use a UV lamp. The glue curing process takes place only under UV light. Use the included razor blade to scrape off excess glue (quick, gentle 90 movements without worrying about scratching the glass).

To create a longer longitudinal crack, apply the adhesive along the entire length of the crack (without using an applicator), then cover the entire length of the crack with protective film. Continue with the previous instructions. If there are gluing defects, repeat the procedure.
