This ethanol-free toner contains Centella Asiatica Extract and Panthenol, which help calm fatigued and irritated skin. Its refreshing formula, with an optimal pH of 5.5, gently moisturizes skin and helps improve dullness.

Suggested Use

After cleansing, place a moderate amount of toner either in your hand and pat onto the aface or on a cotton pad and swipe over the skin. Avoid the immediate eye area. Follow up with serum and moisturizer.
