I ordered this moka pot, but unfortunately had to return it as it was very badly marked and damaged which I believe was a manufacturing issue with Bialetti itself, and the item should not have been sent in this condition to Ozaroo in the first place.
I already have a Bialetti and have had it now for 4yrs and it is superb, I guess I was just unlucky this time.
I have to say that Ozaroo were super quick to reply to my email and to sort the issue out, and were also apologetic for the inconvenience caused, which is why altho the pot had to be sent back for a refund, I am still giving 5 stars for the after service.
