Product use method:
The waste cleaner needs to be supported by BT series HSK series ER series tool holders and D16 collets.
Program a suitable tool path according to the processed product.
After the cleaner is changed out of the magazine, the liquid pipe should be set to close.
The starting speed is 500. After the fan blades are unfolded, they accelerate to the set appropriate speed and blow the workpiece downward.
After the cleaning is finished, the main shaft is lifted to retract the fan blades.
Product matters needing attention:
The reserved space for height setting does not contact the products and fixtures the workbench.
The recommended distance is within 10-15CM.
The door opening operation is prohibited during use.
Product use parameters:
D160 speed 7000 ~ 10000 feed is adjusted according to the product.
D260 speed 4000 ~ 8000 feed is adjusted according to the product.
