This is absolutely brilliant. I suffered with a painful lower back for several years. I tried several methods to remedy the problem, including physiotherapy and a chiropractor. Nothing worked so I decided to live with the pain. By chance I came across a video promoting spinal decompression as a possible remedy, so I thought "What do I have to lose?". I purchased this belt and wear it for 15 minutes every morning. Within days the pain and discomfort I had suffered for years had gone. I highly recommend this belt. No guarantees it will work for you but it definitely worked for me.

The belt fitted well with skin contact being nest, it does ease off the pain if any or lesson's the pain some what, also can were when working around home and after some time ot does get uncomfortable but just take it off and relise after that it dod suport the back being the loqer back where positioned. Great value too for what you're getting.

I have 5 prolapsed discs and in all honesty I didn't think this would help and willing to try anything.
When pain killers arnt touching it I put this on as tight as possible for up to an hour and it really does give me a reprieve especially when the belt is removed.

I suffer with a bad back and at times the pain can be really bad. No amount of pain killers or stretching exercises would help. So after buying several different devices which were no good I decided to buy this. This has been a God send to me. When I do any kind of task, i wear this belt to support my back or when its just generally sore I put the belt on and adjust to suit. Being able to adjust the pressure of belt to suit is whay really helps me. If like me you've tried several different things to relieve back pain, get this belt it does work. I take it everywhere with me.

Its been a great help with my back. It says just wear for 30mins but if been wearing mine all day and notice when I take it off the difference with the pain. Much better. Worth the money compared to othe back braces.
