O-ring: For threaded FCC canister, use the larger o-ring only (old style). For clamp-on FCC canister, use the smaller o-rings (new style).

FCC filter kit compatible with (but not limited to):
PCM EFI (Electronic Injection) engines starting in mid 1996 equipped with a control cell (FCC) system.
PCM//Pleasurecraft/Pleasure Craft MP 5.0 (5.0L MPI), MP 5.7 (5.7L MPI - EX 343), MP 6.0 (6.0L MPI - ZR6 390), MP 8.1, 496 8.1L V8 , 5.0L 5.7L V8 , 5.0L 5.8L , 7.4L 8.2L V8 inboard engines.

Installation Tips:
Disconnect the two-wire electrical connectors from the FCC and the low pressure pump(LPFP), as well as the supply line from the LPFP.
Release the canister retaining clamp with a 7/16 inch wrench, slide the canister downward, and dump the contents into an approved container.
Remove the filter element from the canister, and take out the old o-rings from the FCC head.
Put on the new o rings, and lubricate the new o-rings to facilitate the replacement process.
Slide the new filter element on the high pressure pump, put the canister back on, reinstall the retaining clamp and tighten securely.
Reconnect the supply line to the LPFP.
Reconnect the two-wire electrical connectors to the FCC and the LPFP.
Start the engine and inspect for leaks.
