EASY INSTALLATION: This is a two-piece design; the upper and lower halves are screwed together with the center screw, and then the bracket is attached to the vehicle with the remaining four screws. You can remove the upper half of the bracket to provide sufficient space for installing or removing wiring. Then simply screw them together and reattach the vehicle mounting screws.
