The golf Foot Wedge is especially helpful to help reduce swaying and maintain a steady swing center by keeping your weight on the insides of your feet. Use the Foot Wedge golf balance trainer under the rear foot to keep the weight biased forward. Conversely the Foot Wedge may be placed under the lead foot if your goal is to prevent sliding forward on the downswing.
