Summary
- AMS loading and unloading components are specifically designed to support AMS printing of multiple colors and materials. Each AMS has 4 first stage feeders, each with its own motor and gear to actively push forward or retract consumables. The first stage feeder has a sensor for detecting consumables.
- When inserting consumables, the first level feeder will automatically pull the consumables; When it is necessary to roll back the consumables, the first level feeder will drive the AMS drive sleeve to rotate the reel to roll the consumables.
- In order to optimize product performance, we have upgraded the circuit board of the AMS loading and unloading components. This upgrade will have an impact on AMS that used the earliest motherboards.
