Suggested Use

Professional: Use once a day for 30-45 min. Visible results in 3-5 days.

Express: Use once a day for 60 min. Visible results in just 1 day.  

Peel strip: Tear open foil packet. Remove strips with dry hands and peel away from backing film. 

Apply & wait: Looking in a mirror, fit strip, applying sticky gel side against your teeth. Line up with edge of gum and apply gentle pressure to mold and strip securely to the teeth. 

Smile bright: Product is designed to be used for 60 minutes. Leave in place for at least 30 minutes for easier removal. For optimal experience leave in place for 60 minutes.
