2. Sampling: pull out the sampling comb, add buffer solution, and add samples in the comb well.
3. Electrophoresis: connect the electrophoresis wire between the power supply of the electrophoresis instrument and the electrophoresis instrument, and select the appropriate voltage and current according to the size of the gel to conduct electrophoresis.
4. Dyeing and decolorization. Before electrophoresis, it is prohibited to connect the electrophoresis wire attached to the electrophoresis instrument to the power supply of the electrophoresis instrument.
