Summary
- The CMOS charge pump voltage converter converts the positive voltage in the range of 1.5 to 5.5V into the corresponding negative voltage.
- LM2662 uses two small capacitors to provide an output current of 200mA, eliminating the associated cost of inductor-based converters. LM2662 can also be used as a positive voltage multiplier. By adding an external capacitor to the Os pin, the frequency of the oscillator can be reduced.
- In addition, the external clock of OSC can also be used to drive LM2662. For M2662, the frequency control (FC) pin selects the oscillator frequency of 20KHz or 150KHz.
