(1) Ultra-wideband phase-locked loop (PLL); integrated voltage controlled oscillator (VCO),
(2) Signal output in the frequency range from 23.5MHz to 6.0GHz.
(3) And can maintain excellent phase noise and spurious indicators.
(4) The device provides a dual-channel differential output driver, which can be set to provide an output power of -4dBm to +5dBm, respectively.
