MICS-4514 Gas Sensor Module Co/No2/NH3 Description

The silicon gas sensor chip structure consists of a sensitive micromechanical diaphragm, an upper sensing layer and an embedded heating resistor. Three gas detection components are integrated. In harsh environment, automobile exhaust can detect industrial and agricultural exhaust.
