Description & Details
Summary
- The MIKROE-2914 MRAM Click Board is a compact memory development tool based on the MR25H256A 256Kb SPI serial MRAM chip. It offers non-volatile memory with SRAM-like speeds, making it ideal for data logging, parameter storage, and applications that require fast and frequent read/write operations without data loss.
- This board integrates the MR25H256A MRAM device, providing 256Kb (32KB) of non-volatile memory accessible via a standard SPI interface. MRAM technology combines the speed of SRAM with non-volatility, ensuring reliable data retention even when power is removed, and eliminating the need for external backup batteries.
- Designed as a Click board form factor, this module is compatible with MikroElektronika development systems and many microcontroller platforms. It is perfect for embedded system prototyping, firmware development, and evaluation of MRAM performance in real projects such as industrial controllers, metering, and IoT devices.
