It is applicable to special lathe in the medium speed of the medium load processing.
The main body is made from 40CR steel, its quenching hardness is 45 to 50 HRC; the pointed part is made form high speed steel, quenching hardness is 55 to 60HRC.
High quality bearing design, using high speed bearing for high accuracy.
Dust proof seal preventing cutting dust enter into bearing thus prolong service time.
Designed for lathe in medium speed and medium load environment.
Can be used for high speed turning, suitable for CNC lathes.
