Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement take two (2) capsules after eating or as needed. Note: Do not exceed 16 capsules per day.

Warnings

Activated Charcoal may adsorb medications (such as heart drugs or birth control) if taken at the same time. Consult a physician if you are taking drugs as this dietary supplement may interefere with their effectiveness. Allow at least one hour after or two hours before taking any medication. May cause darkening of the stool.
