Suggested Use

Apply 1 patch per day. 

1. Select an area of skin. The patch will stick better if you choose an area of skin without hair, lotion, or oil residue. Clean & dry the skin.
2. Remove the release liner from the patch.
3. Adhere the patch to your skin, pressing firmly.
4. Wear the patch for up to 8 hours to avoid adverse skin reaction.
5. When finished, remove the patch, fold in half, and discard.
6. Repeat with a new patch the next day.

Ingredients

Chromium (as chromium polynicotinate) 100 mcg, white kidney bean extract (phaseolus vulgaris) 500 mg, gymnema sylvestre (leaf extract) 100 mg, mulberry (leaf extract) 25 mg, cinnamon (cassia) (cinnamomum aromaticum) 50 mg, lipase 10 mg, protease 10 mg.

Free of artificial dyes, casein, corn, colors, dairy, egg, fillers, flavorings, gluten, GMO's, latex, MSG, peanuts, preservatives, shellfish, soy, sugar, tree nuts, wheat.

Warnings
