Choose this size if you do not use a badge holder (ie a hole is punched directly in your ID badge) Oversized: 2 1/8 wide by 5 1/2 tall and fits behind vertical badge holders up to 4 tall (ie measure the height of your badge holder - if it is less than 4 the letters on here will not be covered). The slot punch is a standard size that works with all badge reels and clips. When it is behind your ID the conversion charts do not show at all - only your role is shown.
