Using SP3232 and SP3485, stable performance is achieved, meeting industrial-grade design standards.
The module performs conversion between 232 signals and RS485/RS422 signals. The integrated automatic transceiver conversion circuitry eliminates the need for transmit/receive control, resulting in faster and more stable communication between the two interface ends.
Using standard DB9 and 5.08 mm plug-in terminals ensures smooth, robust, and reliable insertion and removal.
The circuitry operates on 5V only. When the module is in operation, the supply voltage must be connected to the 485/422 end. With power and signal isolation circuitry.
The integrated digital isolator offers excellent performance and reliability, isolating signals and stabilizing the transmitted signal.
The integrated DC/DC power supply isolation provides stable isolation voltage and short-circuit protection at the output, and no additional power supply is required for the isolation end.

The integrated self-recovery fuse stabilizes the current and voltage output, prevents overcurrent, overvoltage, and electrostatic discharge, and is shock resistant. The integrated gas discharge tube can dissipate the strong lightning current into the ground, preventing downstream circuitry and equipment from being damaged by overvoltage.
