Secura Dimethicone Cream is a non greasy moisturizing cream used to treat or prevent dry rough scaly itchy skin and minor skin irritations. Dimethicone skin cream is a specially formulated topical cream that provides superior protection from exposure to urine and feces on the skin in the perineal area. Can also be used after radiation to condition and soothe skin. Secura's Dimethicone formula protects minor skin irritation associated with diaper rash and helps protect from wetness.
