We present our latest universal Willem EPROM programmer, version PCB5.0E SMD! This is a new and fully tested, improved dual-power (USB/AC) Willem universal EPROM EEPROM programmer, PCB version PCB5.0SMD. We have added support for the new 25-series SPI flash BIOS chips! This board has many improved features, such as... B. integrated PLCC32, FWH/LPC sockets, so you do NOT need to pay extra for these optional adapters.
The PCB layout is fully optimized and the digital circuitry is separated from the power supply circuitry, reducing interference. High-precision digital switching ICs are used to control the Vpp circuitry (compared to cheap, conventional transistor-controlled ICs), significantly improving programming accuracy and reliability.
High-quality components are used, e.g., a high-current-tolerant inductor is used to increase the robustness of the circuit. Optionally, higher Vcc voltages (5.6 V and 6.2 V) are available when using an external AC power supply. This is very important if you want to program these old CMOS and even older NMOS EPROM chips smoothly and reliably. This programmer can also read and program EEPROM, FLASH, and microcontroller chips (-51, AVR, and PIC families). We've also added software support for additional Winbond chips!
