Coco coir has poor water retention ability, basically causing those poles to function just as a support stake without any of the other advantage. With this improved moss pole design, you can add your own water retaining medium. Whether it be sphagnum moss, leca, perlite, or a combination, add the appropriate substrate according to your house plants needs.
- MAINTAIN A HUMID ENVIRONMENT - Unlike coco coir poles which need to be watered frequently, moss retains moisture much more efficiently allowing aerial roots to stay hydrated between waterings. In addition, the moss pole creates humidity in the air that the aerial roots can absorb.

Roughly measure and choose the necessary length poles for your plant; extension clips are provided for taller plants. Attach the stake to the end with the wider mouth.
