HOW TO USE THE CLOCK: Setting the correct hour value is easy. To do this, press and hold the MODE button while the time is displayed. This will take you to the time settings. First, you can select the time display format between 12/24 using the UP and DOWN buttons. Then, with a short press of the MODE button, you set the hours and then the minutes. A short press of the UP or DOWN button changes the value by one, a longer press speeds it up. To confirm the changes made, leave the watch stationary for 10 seconds or confirm by pressing the MODE button.
