Never received item

AVOID items are obviously counterfeit, I bought what were supposed to be 3 x Drift branded wood air fresheners, I received 3 rough sawn blocks of wood with ABSOLUTELY NO SMELL. Seller response was to request I send photographs showing the issue, I’m not a bad photographer but I haven’t mastered the art of photographing a small or in this case lack of it. I will be starting a credit card charge back

Sono molto soggisfatto del prodotto, corrispondeva alla descrizione, perfetto in ogni sua parte, consiglio vivamento l'acquisto su questo sito. Unica nota dolente la consegna, il trasportatore mi per la fretta della consegna, ha gettato il mio acquisto direttamente nel giardino di casa, senza suonare. senza dare avviso del suo arrivo, solo verificando con la tracciatura della consegna ho capito del suo arrivo. Pessimo servizio, la prossima volta chiedo che le consegne non vengano effettuate da loro. Per il resto sono soddisfatto. Darò solamente 3 stelle in quanto anche il servizio fa parte dell'acquistpo. grazie.
