Don't waste your time and money.
Ich habe fast einen Monat auf meine Bestellung gewartet, ohne dass die Ware angekommen ist. Als ich beim Verkäufer nachfragte, behauptete er, das Paket sei verloren gegangen, und schickte mir eine Sendungsnummer, die sich bei genauerer Überprüfung als irreführend herausstellte: Die Sendungsverfolgung bezog sich auf das Jahr 2022 und nicht auf meine aktuelle Bestellung.
Dieses Vorgehen ist für mich absolut inakzeptabel und hat mein Vertrauen in den Verkäufer vollständig zerstört. Anstatt eine nachvollziehbare Lösung anzubieten, wurde ich mit einer Sendungsnummer konfrontiert, die offensichtlich nicht zu meiner Bestellung passte.
Ich kann anderen Käufern nur dringend empfehlen, vor einer Bestellung bei diesem Verkäufer besonders vorsichtig zu sein. Prüft die Sendungsnummer genau und lasst euch nicht mit unklaren Angaben oder immer neuen Verzögerungen hinhalten. Meine Erfahrung war äußerst negativ, und ich würde hier nicht noch einmal bestellen.
Beware of This Seller – Extremely Disappointing Experience
I waited almost a month for my order, but the item never arrived. When I contacted the seller, they claimed that the parcel had been lost and sent me a tracking number. However, after checking it carefully, I discovered that the tracking information referred to a shipment from 2022, not to my current order.
I find this completely unacceptable, and the experience has destroyed my trust in this seller. Instead of providing a clear and credible solution, the seller gave me a tracking number that did not appear to match my order.
I strongly advise other buyers to be extremely cautious before purchasing from this seller. Check tracking numbers carefully and do not let vague explanations or repeated delays mislead you. My experience was very negative, and I would not buy from this seller again.
