Order was marked as processing, and then three or four days later I received an email explaining the item was out of stock, but offering me the choice of two alternatives of a similar value to my order.
There was no link to check out these alternatives, and to be honest the item I ordered was a very specific game expansion so an alternative wouldn't have satisfied.
Asked for a refund which should process in five days but might not appear in my account for 30 days.
Seems a common complain as other reviews have mentioned, is very sketchy and I certainly won't be using this seller again.
Communication from seller was prompt and courteous however feels very misleading when you order in good faith to then be told they don’t actually have it.
