The helmet I received was incomplete. The remote controller for the turn signals was missing, even though the serial number on the box indicates that the remote should be included in the set. Inside the package there was even a dedicated box for the remote, but it was empty.
On the website there are photos and information that the remote can be purchased separately, however nowhere in the product description is it clearly stated that this version does not include the remote.
I contacted the seller twice regarding this issue, but nobody even bothered to respond. I was completely ignored. No information, no explanation, no offer to return the product, and no clarification whether this was a mistake.
This is not the level of customer service or honesty I expected. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase and the seller’s attitude.
