Still have not got phone

Wrong item send, was sent a non HD/4K Apple TV even though that was the ordered item
,
now been asked to send back to a US returns department, feels like a scam company, do not buy from this account terrible comms, kept referring to the item I purchased as an iPad in every message, can’t even read and respond correctly..

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using OnBuy.

I ordered a phone that was supposed to be delivered between 31st March 2026 and 2nd April 2026. It has now been over two weeks, and I have still not received my item.

What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I have not received any proper response or update regarding my order despite trying to contact support.

This level of service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase for basic information about an order they have already paid for.

If I do not receive my phone or a full refund immediately, I will be escalating this further and will not be using OnBuy again.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, as delays and lack of response seem to be a recurring issue.

Had to change the review as ive learnt i cant do anything with this. I bought it to educate myself and learned its locked from any updates .I would appreciate a return and refund please.

First time I bought from this seller but well done

Joke of a company ordered for my daughter birthday on the 12th of January it arrived on the 28th I had to chase them uo numerous times asking where it was I had one upset daughter the fact the one thing she had asked for had not arrived
I was made aware the courier who was menat to deliver the item there was a issue with not good enough the fact I had to send a million emails to get to the bottom of it
Finally they got back to me and assured me it was on its was finally
So it arrived no charger dead I can't even turn it on to see if it works so ive had to order one ill have to wait for that to arrive to see if it even works I wish I'd read the reviews to this company epic fail with me being so poorly right now coz I would not order from here
How ever the Web site to which they advertise on are great and we're a massive help to me

1 star is too good for this company. They have sold me a defective product and taken no responsibility for it. They have sold it as an apple product however the plug is not an apple product andthe refurb has been done with sub standard materials which has resulted in these defects. Steer clear of this seller.
