A) The address was printed over 2 lines, second line over printed by subsequent lines.
B) If there was a name it was addressed to, it was not mine but was where I live and no one lives here with that name. I discovered it after someone had looked in the parcel to see its contents.
C) No tracking info was uploaded until I asked for it and that was a day after it was delivered but it sat in our post room for 3 days due to no name on it.
Their communication was reasonably prompt however.
