The delivery window was up to 10th of November. It's the 19th now. No contact from seller. I am working with Klarna to block/reverse the payments.
For a few days, the delivery window moved up to the 21st of November, so I thought there was a delay due to Christmas orders, but then it moved back down the the 10th of November.
The 'return window' closed on the 4th of November, before the item was even marked as delivered (which it never was.)
I wish I looked at the reviews before I bought from them. Forever thankful I used Klarna and the payment can be refunded.
If you look this company online, it’s a dormant company that files £1 accounts, has no trading activity and has had strike off notices because they weren’t keeping up with filing.
