I bought this as a present for someone who wanted a back brush but it hasn’t been used yet. The box/packaging looked quite worn/old on the outside but the product inside looks new. The product inside is exactly like the photograph so I’m really pleased about that. Hopefully it works. Also, the ordering process was simple and the delivery was quick. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase.

i am reasonable happy with product. had difficulty getting into the battery comparment. spa head now falls of. abrasion disc has no plug as stated so am unable to put cleansing product in. would not recommend it

I bought it as a novelty gift for my husband for Christmas. He can now reach his feet and back etc to cleanse easily. The price was so cheap the actual product came as a lovely surprise. It took 3 weeks to arrive but indeed arrived when they said it would. We love it.

It all looks nice on arrival, but after putting batteries in turning on. U would think its gonna be lovely. But no sorry its got no power. Its weak. Doesn't give a very amazing spa experience. It weed on my parade sorry. The microdermabrasion part is cloth. How's that gonna be abrasive to remove dead skin cells. Total waste of money.
