This was a very cheap option as I don't plan to use it much, but it works fine. I have no idea how long it will last of course. My only grumble is that it is rather noisy.

Very easy to use but the short usb connector is a restriction - so its essential to connect the drive on a reasonable flat area. At this price it pereforms very well.

Bought this to rip most of my cd collection so I could use it on my phone. Plug and play with it's attached usb cable on windows 11 using media legacy. Done the job fantastic and a bonus as I can burn cd storage for photos etc for use elsewhere.

Looks good and seems to be working well. Reasonably priced and does not require setting, woks straight from box to laptop connection by USB. Does not require seperate power plug, instead powered through connecting USB.

Very satisfied with this item, using it on my Win XP Pro desktop computer as the installed CD drive had failed.
Just plugged in the USB and it installed without any problems and read CD's straight away.
