First of all I have received your parcel but the product you sent me is not the same as the one shown in your pictures I already had a similar bag which got damaged so I ordered from your store expecting the same product as advertised

The white storage sheet at the bottom of the bag which was shown in your pictures is also missing The pictures show something different from what you have actually delivered

I am really disappointed with this experience You are showing one product in your pictures but sending something different to your customers Please upload pictures that accurately represent the product you are actually delivering so customers know what they are buying

The seller sent the item on as planned, no problems at all. It was packaged effectively to keep all the packaging minimal and light, easy enough for me to manage on my own.

It was good condition,
Thank you

Service is what I expected

The seller was great come on time will be buying again
Was kept in formed about my order.
Come in perfect condition.

No issues would order from seller again.

Product not fit for purpose
