Poor communication
Parcel was never arrived and the company claimed that it was damaged in transit ,not even a 5 yo can believe this ....after 3 days and the parcel was shown as dispatched
Never provided a tracking number ,not even when they were asked to do so ....guess why because the parcel was never sent .
Scam ,scam ,scam
These kind of companies are damaging the reputation for OnBuy .
Refund has been finally issued but the OUTCOME??
I will never use OnBuy again ,if they are allowing these kind of companies to operate .
Better to stick with eBay and Amazon ....far more serious .

At Christmas the order was left unbeknown to me in a neighbours log store .After I few days waiting I went round the neighbourhood to find it . Could not get in touch with anyone as there was an error on your email link
