Universal Five-wire DC Fan Drive Detection Modification Board Description
1. Input voltage: AC95V-AC220V/50HZ, ultra-wide input voltage design (confirm the input voltage according to the motor voltage parameters)
2. Convenient wiring, directly connect two AC input lines, connect the motor line, and adjust the potentiometer to adjust the motor speed. (Speed adjustment range: 0-maximum speed)
3. Adopt high-quality elegant black double-sided FR-4 1.6MM thickness board design, PCBA adds slot design to enhance creepage distance
4. The capacitor uses a power supply dedicated 450V/150uF high-frequency low-resistance capacitor (working temperature: minus -20C-positive 105C)
5. The design reserves two sets of interfaces, VH3.96-6P (2 empty pins) interface & terminal interface, which can be used with the adapter board to connect 10 other interface motors
The module integrates input EMC anti-interference, -protection, negative temperature anti-overshoot design, and integrated non-isolated 15V motor power supply
Applicable to:
1. Used to detect and test types of DC variable frequency brushless air conditioners/fresh air/purification motors
2. Used for DC brushless air conditioners/fresh air/purification motors, batch testing performance aging
3. Used to modify or replace the original motor drive 4. Can be used with our store's motor test adapter board to achieve 10 types of motor interface drive
