Very bad bought of here for a long time and never had this kind of experience before

I am not happy. I had bought this for my daughter for her 16th birthday, delivery said it was delivered but I did not receive it, I am a single mum. I wrote to them to tell them I did not receive it. But my answer was... Well it was delivered so that's final. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Now I am £30 down. No gift for my daughter. Appalling. Very disappointed
