On July 20, I purchased a Swarovski eyeglass frame (Ref. SWAROWSKY SK5204 D 54/15/140 ). Unfortunately, it has not been delivered to my address. Today, I received an email asking about my satisfaction with the product, even though I have not received it.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Otherwise, I kindly request a refund, as I am currently visiting the Netherlands and will be returning to my home country in one week.
