I ordered a car part. The part didn't work, so I ordered a genuine one elsewhere.
I want to return the part and get a 100% refund.
Now they keep offering partial refunds or repairs, while they should simply refund me in full.
I've now made a clear demand. If they don't agree to a full refund, I'll take the matter to legal aid, and I advise everyone against buying from them again.
