To lift, place the two straps side by side under furniture with sturdy legs, or form an X-cross with the straps under items without legs for a non-slip setup. Grip the ends of the straps individually, two per person with each hand. Keep your back straight, bend your knees slightly, and insert your arms into the openings to adjust the length. Position your arms at a 45-degree angle from elbow to wrist. The opening of the chosen strap should sit at the base of your elbow while remaining fully on your forearm. Place your hands directly in front of your shoulders, palms flat on the worn piece, with fingers pointing upwards. Confirm everyone is ready, then lift by slowly straightening your legs. To lower the item, find a level surface large enough to support its weight and size, and with your back still straight, bend your knees slightly until the item is lowered to the floor.
