Adjust the hex nut using the included screwdriver.

Place the pipe marking centering tool on the pipe and move it to the desired position. (When the dial is set and positioned in the middle of the green display, the green indicator must be horizontal).

Press the center column down to the fixed point position.

Tap with a hammer to leave a fixed point mark on the pipe.
