This is advertised as a 'Motorcycle Jack Dirt Bike Stand Motorcycle Scissors Jack for Street Bikes Cruise'. It does not do Onbuy's reputation any good.

How do I return and refund this rip off?

Did not receive

Very happy with goods and delivery on time

Avoid. Did not even receive my item. They have agreed to refund me but this was my first and probably last time shopping at OnBuy due to them

I haven't received anything

My order was never shipped and never arrived. There was no tracking information, no shipping confirmation, and no communication from the seller. I only realized something was wrong after noticing the item had not been delivered and checking the order status myself.

Just after I can’t receive the goods then email to the seller and he say it is out of stock but never get informed!! I have waited for 3 weeks nth received!

When customers pay for an item, they should at least expect clear shipping updates and accurate delivery status. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend that buyers be cautious when ordering from this seller. I will not be purchasing from this seller again.

It should have been refunded if you didn't have stock not marked as sent
