This is a scam, they do not send the goods and then try and fool you with a fake delivery tracker.
This is the tracker they sent me as proof of delivery, you can see the package exception is returned to sender and they have tried to manipulate the data to show it has been delivered successfully. https://t.17track.net/en#nums=00340434515012429300

They claimed it had been delivered to a neighbors house and I should contact DHL which I did and they had no evidence of a parcel being sent from the firm to me.

Please avoid as this is a scam.

Dieser Verkäufer zieht Geld ein, schickt keine Sendungsverfolgung Nummer und die gekaufte Ware kommt nie an. Keine Antwort keine Problemlösung. Ich kann nur sagen, Finger weg von diesem Verkäufer Geld ist für immer weg.

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with ,customer support is a joke . I ordered these lights and they sent me the wrong ones. Whe I emailed I was waiting days for a reply. I gave them all the details they required and waited another few days for a reply
They then said they could sent me out the correct lights and I replied saying yes please. I got not reply so a week later I emailed again asking if the correct lights were on the way . I got an email from PayPal the next day saying my money had been refunded from Onebuy. So after a month waiting im back where I started. AVOID ONEBUY AT ALL COST
