Seller was very accurate in description and also on ETA…. Would buy from company again

I would like to open a dispute regarding this order.

The seller provided a tracking number (ZS15157237699) that cannot be tracked on 17TRACK or any shipping website. There is no evidence that the parcel has actually been shipped.

It has been almost three weeks since I placed my order. The seller has failed to provide proof of shipment, has not identified the shipping carrier, and has not resolved the issue despite multiple messages.

I am requesting a full refund because the seller has not fulfilled their obligations and cannot prove that the item was dispatched
