Step 1: Unscrew the anti-theft screws the shell, pry open the lock bottom plate with a small flathead screwdriver, and use a screwdriver to fix the circuit board screws. Then pull out the plug with force, remove the circuit board. Then take out the N360 simulator.
Step 2: Solder off the original-motherboard CPU and move it to the simulator motherboard (pay attention to the position of CPU pin 1 when soldering). Please control the temperature control range of the hot air gun to about 300-320 degrees. Use the soldering iron to clean the CPU pins to prevent the pins from being welded together and the soldering iron temperature should be controlled at about 300-320 degrees. Then clean the circuit board and solder the original-board plug to the simulator.
Step 3: Cut off the with diagonal pliers, pry open the cover, and take out the steering column lock motor. Adjust the position of the lock tongue gear, remove the magnet strip, adjust it back to the open position, use diagonal pliers to remove the burrs, install the speaker, align it with the , and press it. Plug in the speaker plug, fix the screws, install the bottom plate, put in the lock tongue fixing screws, install the shell, and tighten the anti-theft screws.
