Cheap, but not very cheerful! Most of the tires on the wheels had either split in half, or were not placed on correctly when we opened the bag, which meant most of them my son cannot properly play with. The pull back function also does not work on most of them. Not sure what I expected for the price, but maybe a little more than what I got.

Quick delivery and great price. My daughter loves them and they were perfect to go on her birthday cake too!
